How does voice recording work?
Voice Copilot uses your browser's built-in microphone access. When you click 'Start Recording', your voice is captured and analyzed by our AI in real time to provide feedback on tone, clarity, pacing, and more.
Is my voice data stored on your servers?
By default, no. Voice recordings are processed in real-time and not stored on our servers. You have the option to enable cloud storage if you want to access your data across devices.
What browsers are supported?
Voice Copilot works with all modern browsers including Chrome 72+, Firefox 66+, Safari 13+, and Edge 79+. For the best experience, we recommend using the latest version of Chrome.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Can I get a refund?
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription. Contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase for a refund. This is limited to one refund per customer. After 7 days, refunds may be prorated at our discretion.
What happens when I reach my daily limit?
Once you reach your daily limit, you can continue using the chat interface without voice recording, or wait for your limit to reset at midnight UTC. You can also upgrade to a plan with higher limits.

If you're not happy with your first subscription to Voice Copilot, you can request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. This guarantee applies to your first subscription only and is limited to one refund per customer.

Monthly Plans

Eligible for a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. After 7 days, no refunds are issued — you can cancel anytime and retain access until the end of your billing period.

Annual Plans

Eligible for a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. After 7 days, refunds may be prorated at our discretion. You can cancel anytime and retain access until the end of your annual billing period.

How to Request

Email us at support@voicecopilot.app with your account email and order number. We typically process requests within 2-3 business days.

After a Refund

  • Subscription cancelled immediately
  • Credits and premium features removed
  • Local data remains on your device
  • Cloud data deleted after 30 days

Cancellation (No Refund)

You can cancel anytime from account settings. Your subscription stays active until the billing period ends.
